On Friday, disgruntled Atteridgeville residents burned an Atteridgeville Bus Service vehicle.
Residents of informal settlements, Mshengoville, Jeffersville, Phomolong and Brazzaville torched an ABS bus express their frustration. They have been without electricity since Monday the 6th of May. At a meeting held at the community hall, residents were told that their electricity would only be restored in August. This drove them through the wall, they burned their Tshwane local offices as a result.
